Amazonia 5 is a freaked out & heavyweight software synthesizer that is designed by Legowelt using the synth edit program. It will run as VST synth under almost any program that is capable of running VST plugins. The software is quite heavy on the processor so it will run best on a powerfull computer. Amazonia 5 will make you complex, exotic, raw, evil and eerie soundtrack-ish eurohorror sounds as well as a simple computer bleep. |

Versatile 3 Oscillator LO-FI synthesizer. Not an emulation of any particular "chip", it's much more powerful than that. bLO-FIsh incorporates classic chip type (8 bit) sounds with more traditional synth elements to bring on a huge sonic range. Flexible, extensive modulation plus a 16-step gate for more musical and rhythmic options. Plus, bLO-FIsh has a distortion effect and a CPU-friendly reverb to garnish your 8 bit feast.
Try bLO-FIsh and change your definition of LO-FI today. |

My first - and probably only - attempt at a hardware synth emulation!
The reasons for this one is purely nostalgic - I used to own one of these back in the 80's. The hardware version was manufactured by a Big Japanese Company, and it was quite popular as an entry-level, ultra-portable and above all cheap synthesizer. If there is one piece of old gear I truly miss now and then, this is it. Not for its sound, but just because it was so darn cute! Well, here it is again - in VSTi format. Hardware synth buffs and those who were there at the time, enjoy! |

The "son of Hahaha CS01"
Whereas the CS01 is barely more than a synth-historical artefact, the CS33 builds on the concept and is quite a capable little synth even by today's standard. While it can do all sorts of "bread and butter" sounds, its signature sounds come from the PWM oscillator waveforms, twin linked filter modes and the built-in distortion effects. |

This is a special version of the CS33, skinned for use with the UC33 hardware controller. A matching template for use with the UC33 is included in the packlage.
One of the aims with the CS33 design was to provide a maximum "Synth-in-a-box" feel when used with the UC33. You can program patches from scratch never looking at the screen until it's time to apply the final touches - expression controller tweaks, FX settings etc. The identical look of template and GUI also means you don't have to do a "mental re-map" every time you switch from looking at the screen to looking at the controller.
Apart from the GUI and layout, the Evolution Edition is identical and patch-compatible to the Standard Edition. Since they share the same VSTi ID, many VSTi hosts will only allow one of the plug-ins to be present in its plug-in folder(s). |

Mr. Alias 2 uses non-bandlimited oscillators which can be transposed near to and beyond the Nyquist frequency, causing most of their spectra to be aliased back into audible non-harmonic frequencies. The sound can then be further processed by a number of crude "effects."
Though it is based on the same concept as the original, Mr. Alias 2 is completely rewritten for cross-platform compatibility, and has a number of significant improvements.
Mr. Alias 2 is available as a VST plugin for Windows (32-bit), Mac OS X (Universal Binary), and Linux (x86), and as an Audio Unit for Mac OS X. |

With a simple press of the keyboard icon you can bring modern technology to bear and have each note sustain whilst your midi key is pressed! cool! This is a series of small noisemaking devices inspired by Lunettas. To quote mosc from the electro-music forums, "These machines are named after Stanley Lunetta of Sacramento, California... Lunettas are very simple, digital, noisy, quirky, and lots of fun."
Note that these are not meant as emulations of any specific circuit, they are just inspired by the concept. Like the circuits which inspired them, they don't necessarily do things "right", but they generate interesting sounds. If you like noisy, droney, and/or buzzy stuff based on square waves, check 'em out. |

This is a simple 1-oscillator synth based on "virtual circuit-bending". The initial idea started out as an attempt at making a bass synth version of the APC synth. It turned out to be impossible to get it to track pitch at all, so more experimentation ensued, and this is the result. It does track pitch, but often sounds will change across the keyboard or possibly even stop making sound at a certain key.
Some of the ideas used here will doubtless be put to use in a larger multi-osc synth, though whether an expanded version of this exact synth will be developed remains to be seen. |

be modulated by 4 envelopes, 3 LFOs and several MIDI sources.
The SQ80 also has a predecessor, the ESQ1, which can do most of

Bring back the sounds of living room renditions of your favourite hits, in splendid monophonic square-wave glory with this faithful emulation, minus the crappy vibrato, that was, let's face it, crap. But back to that square-wave. It's not just any old square-wave, no, it's not just your bog-standard, ten-a-penny, digital square wave. This, ladies and gentlemen of discerning taste, is THE square-wave, the actual, real-life, carbon-copy, I-can't-believe-a-plugin-can-be-this-analogue square-wave.
